You know what pisses me off? People who don’t take responsibility for situation they put themselves in.

This is not exclusive to being overweight, but that’s what I’ll be focusing on with this post.

How convenient it is to exonerate yourself of any and all responsibility for your condition by blaming:

That last one really ticks me off, and I hope to god that the people suing fast food companies don’t receive one penny because anyone with half a brain cell knows that fast food will make you fat, and I can’t ever recall a time when I’ve been told otherwise.

You willingly ate the fast food - take responsibility! And better yet if you want to get in shape stop eating that garbage.

Everything you do in like is a choice. Stop crying about how deceptive advertising tricked you into stuffing your face with big macs, and own up the fact that you made a bad decision and change your behavior.

The Pump…. Most will never taste the shear bliss of pushing the human muscle past the point of exhaustion, past the point of failure, into the zone most dare not go “the pump”.

The pump for those of you who don’t know is when you work a muscle so hard that it’s goes into a state of involuntary flex, and in this rock hard state a rush of cold will succumb the muscle like a shot if ice water was just injected into your veins.

The Pump can best be described as orgasmic bliss - the union of man and iron - pushing yourself past the point you should be pushed.
